Located in Birmingham, Alabama, Icemakers, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business offering their customers quality products and service for over forty years.
Henry "Ed" Jones and his wife, Caroline, started Icemakers in 1963 when they were given the distributorship for Scotsman Ice Systems for central and northern Alabama. From the beginning, Icemakers' goal has been to provide not only quality equipment, but also quality parts and service to our customers.
Today, Icemakers has expanded to include locations in Birmingham and Huntsville, Alabama, as well as Chattanooga, Tennessee. Daughters Nancy and Janmari Jones are continuing the family legacy, working alongside other family members like Nancy's daughter and son to maintain and grow the relationships Icemakers has developed over the years.
Icemakers continues to be the distributor for Scotsman® Ice Systems for central and northern Alabama, and also offers a variety of other equipment, including Nieco® broilers.
Icemakers can assist with compliance to the new Federal Guidelines for schools to serve 100% juice products.
